Agile Software LLC (“we,” “us”) builds education and personal-development software for Apple platforms. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and through our applications, and what we do with it.

Information collected through this website

This website does not require an account and does not ask you to submit personal information. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use that information only to respond to you. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you explicitly ask to be added, and we do not share it with third parties.

Our web host processes standard request data, including IP addresses, for the purpose of serving and securing this site.

Information collected through our applications

Our applications collect the minimum data required to function. Learning progress, habit records, goals, and similar information you enter into our applications are personal to you. Where an application collects personal information, the specific categories and purposes are disclosed on that application’s App Store product page and within the application itself, in accordance with Apple’s App Privacy requirements.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with data brokers or advertising networks, and we do not use your activity in our applications to target advertising anywhere.

Data retention

Correspondence is retained only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and to meet any legal or accounting obligations, and is then deleted. Data you create inside an application is retained until you delete it or delete your account, whichever comes first.

Children

Some of our applications are intended for use by children, and others are intended for adults. Each application’s App Store product page states its age rating, and where an application is directed at children it is published in Apple’s Kids Category and built to that category’s requirements.

For any application of ours intended for children: we do not include third-party advertising; we do not include third-party analytics; we do not transmit personal information or device identifiers to third parties; links out of the app, purchases, and similar functionality are placed behind a parental gate; and we comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and, where applicable, the GDPR’s provisions on children’s data.

Where an application is directed at children and would collect personal information, we obtain verifiable parental consent before doing so, as those statutes require. Parents may request access to, or deletion of, any personal information we hold about their child by emailing contact@agilesoftwarellc.net, and we will respond within 30 days.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Email contact@agilesoftwarellc.net and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we honor those requests regardless of your location.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and post the revised policy on this page.
